SARA EOJOURIAN
Head of Wealth Management, Athlos Capital

Sara Eojourian is the Head of Wealth Management and Executive Director at Athlos Capital. Her career began in 2006 at Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division in London. In 2010, she returned to Cyprus and was appointed Senior Private Banker at the country’s largest bank.
In 2017, she left to lead a Cyprus Investment Firm, which she headed until 2020, when she joined Athlos Capital. She has extensive experience managing the portfolios of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, both on an execution and advisory basis, across all major asset classes.
Sara holds a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London, University of London, and an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School).

Michael Konstantinou embarked on his career as a bond trader on the European Investment Grade trading desk at Barclays in London, where he spent 11 years specialising in Financials and Sovereigns and was promoted to Director. During his time at Barclays, he also traded dollar-denominated bank capital assets in the New York office. He was also part of the European Emerging Markets trading team in London, gaining experience in the CIS sovereign and corporate markets.
In 2018, he moved on to head the European Financials bond trading team at Credit Suisse in London, where he was eventually promoted to Managing Director, running the European Investment Grade bond trading desk. He managed teams across London, Hong Kong and Madrid, covering a vast majority of the IG/HY bond spectrum across multiple currencies.
Michael joined Athlos Capital in 2024 and is now Head of Portfolio Management. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Kelly began her career in the capital markets, holding roles at Morgan Stanley, Cazenove and Credit Suisse in London, before developing extensive expertise in ESG investment management at AustralianSuper, one of the world’s largest pension funds. As ESG and Stewardship Manager, she oversaw a $200 billion portfolio. During her tenure, she pioneered the Fund’s ESG integration programme, which received multiple industry awards, and co-authored its inaugural TCFD Climate Change Report.
Today, Kelly serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of TideMRV, an agentic-powered blue carbon digital platform operating across South-East Asia and the Mediterranean. MICHAEL DAMIANOS
Minister of Energy, Commerce, and Industry

Michael Damianos was appointed Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry on 8 December 2025. Prior to this, he served as Minister of Health from 10 January 2024.
A qualified lawyer, he studied Law (LLB) at the University of Southampton, graduating with honours and receiving the award for best academic performance. He subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Cambridge, where he was also awarded the prize for best academic performance by Fitzwilliam College.
He holds the professional title of Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He practised at the international law firms Simmons & Simmons and Hogan Lovells in London, specialising in corporate, commercial and energy matters.
Upon returning to Cyprus, he worked at a law firm in Nicosia before founding his own firm in 2010, which bears his name.
He served as a Municipal Councillor at Strovolos Municipality from 2011 to 2016. Since 2018, he has been Vice President of the Democratic Party (DIKO).

Andreas Athinodorou is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience in international investments, global corporate structuring and wealth management solutions. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ATG, an independent group of companies specialising in administration and management solutions for investment funds, corporate structures and private wealth clients.
ATG Fund Solutions operates across key international jurisdictions, including Cyprus, DIFC (Dubai), ADGM (Abu Dhabi), the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and the United Kingdom.
Andreas is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is a founding member and Board Director of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) and served as Chairman of the Fund Administration Services Committee from 2016 to 2024.
He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), one of the two self-regulatory bodies for administrative service providers in Cyprus. In addition, he is a member of STEP, IFA and ITPA, and has served as a director of several international investment structures.
Beyond his professional commitments, Andreas is an active member of the kayaking team at the Nautical Club of Kyrenia (NOK), a community of dedicated sports enthusiasts who value both athletic excellence and the freedom of the sea. NOK leads a pioneering initiative entitled Freedom and Mobility through Sports, enabling children with disabilities to experience the freedom of parakayaking in open water.

NATASA PILIDES
General Manager, eWise Cyprus Ltd (ESSO Branded Supplier)

Natasa Pilides is the General Manager of eWise Cyprus Ltd (formerly ExxonMobil Cyprus Limited), the holder of the ESSO brand in Cyprus, under which more than 65 service stations operate. In a non-profit capacity, she also serves on the Board of Directors of the Karaiskakio Foundation and on the Board of Trustees of the Cyprus Institute.
Natasa served as Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus from July 2020 to March 2023. During her term, she implemented a multifaceted strategy for the green energy transition, as well as for the support and promotion of entrepreneurship, industry and exports, securing €590 million in funding for the period 2021–2027. She also oversaw the issuance of funding programmes exceeding €265 million in 2021 and 2022, aimed at strengthening business competitiveness and advancing technological and energy upgrades.
Previously, Natasa served as the first Deputy Minister of Shipping of the Republic of Cyprus, a position she assumed upon the establishment of the Shipping Deputy Ministry on 1 March 2018. Between 2016 and 2018, she also served as Director General of Invest Cyprus, the government agency responsible for investment promotion, investor support and the facilitation of reforms.
Natasa has more than fifteen years of experience in the private sector. She served as Director and Regional Chief Operating Officer at Baker Tilly in Southeast Europe (covering Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova) and spent nine years at PwC in Milan and London, working in audit and tax.
She graduated from the University of Oxford with a first-class honour’s degree with distinction in Modern Languages and Literature (French and Italian). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Ambassador Anolik earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and accounting at Tel Aviv University (1992–1995) and completed a master’s degree in political science at the University of Haifa (2014–2015). He is also a graduate of Israel’s National Defence College (Class of 2015).

H.E. Mr. Oren Anolik was appointed Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Cyprus in August 2021.
Ambassador Anolik joined the Foreign Service in 1995. During his diplomatic career, he has held a variety of positions, representing Israel’s interests across three continents. His overseas postings include Counsellor for Political Affairs in Washington, D.C., USA (2006–2010), Deputy Chief of Mission in Prague, Czech Republic (1999–2002), and Deputy Chief of Mission in Asmara, Eritrea (1997–1999).

High Commissioner of India to Cyprus

H.E. Mr Manish is a career diplomat. He joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1997. In his more than twenty-seven years of diplomatic service, he has served in Indian Missions in Moscow, Tashkent, Prague, Colombo, Jakarta and Vancouver. He assumed charge as High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Cyprus on 15 May 2024.
Between his overseas postings, he served in New Delhi at the Ministry of External Affairs, first as Under Secretary in the US & Canada Division and the Foreign Service Institute, and then as Deputy Secretary in the United Nations Political Division from August 2004 to July 2007. He served as Joint Secretary at the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service from November 2017 to April 2018, and subsequently as Joint Secretary overseeing India’s bilateral relations with ASEAN countries, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Island Countries from April 2018 to November 2019. As Joint Secretary (Overseas Indian Affairs) from November 2019 to August 2020, he implemented policies for engagement with the Indian diaspora. Prior to his appointment as India’s High Commissioner to the Republic of Cyprus, he served as the Consul General of India in Vancouver from August 2020 to May 2024, overseeing India’s bilateral interests in the Western Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.
Mr Manish has a deep interest in strategic, trade and commercial affairs, development cooperation and diaspora issues. As Counsellor (Economic & Commercial) at the High Commission of India in Colombo from July 2010 to November 2013, he represented India at the Colombo Plan Secretariat and the South Asia Cooperative Environment Programme (SACEP). During Indonesia’s Chairmanship of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) from 2015–2017, he represented India at various Senior Officials’ Meetings of IORA. As Consul General of India in Vancouver, he regularly engaged with the large Indian diaspora in Western Canada and managed India’s economic engagement with the Western Canadian provinces.
The High Commissioner holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Physics and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Delhi, India. He speaks Hindi, English and Russian.
He is married to Ms Preeti Gupta, and they have one son.

She has served as a scientific collaborator for major local universities and businesses, advancing evidence-based approaches to nutrition education, organisational wellness and performance. She is also the co-author of a book on inflammation and longevity, reflecting her commitment to science-driven wellbeing education. She actively visits schools to empower children with nutrition awareness, emotional balance and healthy eating habits, while in corporate environments she partners with leadership teams to embed wellbeing into culture and strategy, shifting it from a peripheral benefit to a strategic foundation for engagement, trust and productivity.
